Description
DEEP RELAXATION
Tension often becomes so familiar that it stops feeling like tension. Shoulders remain slightly raised, the jaw stays set and breathing never quite deepens, even when nothing immediate is wrong.
Deep Relaxation uses ultrasonic affirmations to encourage a gradual release through the body—from the forehead and eyes to the jaw, neck, shoulders, chest and back. It also connects calm with the natural rhythm of breathing and supports an easier transition into sleep. The words are not consciously audible, so there is nothing to follow or get right.
Set the short track to repeat and play it quietly through speakers during the day or overnight. Use it as a general calming program or alongside another title focused on a more specific goal.
