Description
ASD CALMING LEFT-RIGHT BRAIN CONNECTOR
This program is intended to support calm and sleep. It does not treat autism and is not designed to change anyone’s identity. Its focus is the stress, sensory load and difficulty winding down that can make evenings and sleep harder.
The affirmations reinforce a settled response to demanding situations, an easier transition into sleep and a clearer start to the day. Because they are ultrasonic, there is nothing to follow or consciously listen to. Play the track quietly through speakers in the evening or overnight and set it to repeat.
This program is primarily described for autistic adults. If considering it for a child, discuss it with the professionals supporting them. Children and animals may hear frequencies that adults cannot, so stop or lower the volume if anyone nearby appears uncomfortable.
