The affirmations focus on taking in new information, maintaining concentration and recalling what you have learned when you need it. Because the program is ultrasonic, you will not consciously hear the words. Play it quietly through speakers while studying, working or sleeping, and set the short track to repeat.

Useful for students, professional qualifications, languages, instruments and technical skills. It is intended to support good study habits—not replace practice, teaching or preparation. Give it consistent daily use for at least two to four full weeks.

How it works

ULTRASONIC AFFIRMATION PROGRAMS

An ultrasonic program is a recording of spoken affirmations pitched just above the range your conscious mind can perceive. Played at a low volume, it sounds like near-silence — but your ears and your mind process the audio the way they process any other sound.

The reason to deliver affirmations this way is simple. Spoken affirmations you can hear tend to get argued with. The moment you hear “I am calm and confident,” some part of you answers back with every reason you are not — the old tapes, the accumulated evidence, the habit of self-correction. Pitched above conscious perception, the ideas arrive without that argument.

It also makes them practical. You do not have to set aside time, lie down, or stop what you are doing. The program plays while you work or sleep, and the exposure adds up.

How to use

ULTRASONIC AFFIRMATION PROGRAMS

  • Set it to repeat. Ultrasonic programs are short — most run between three and eight minutes — and they are built to loop. One play is not a dose; the repetition is the method.
  • Play it on repeat at a low to medium volume for around six hours a day — while you work, read, cook, or move about the house. It asks nothing of your attention.
  • You can also play it quietly through the night as you sleep.
  • Do not use headphones or earphones with ultrasonic programs. Play through speakers only, and keep the volume low to medium. Because you cannot hear the content, you have no natural cue that it is too loud — this instruction protects your hearing.
  • You will not consciously hear the affirmations. That is the point: the ideas reach you without the running commentary that ordinarily argues with them.
  • Younger ears and household pets can often hear frequencies that adults cannot. If a child or an animal in the room seems bothered, lower the volume or move the speaker.
  • Give it two to four weeks of consistent daily play before you judge the effect. Ultrasonic work is cumulative and quiet by nature — you tend to notice the change in your behaviour before you notice the program.
